These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and paying members of Setup eLearn Hub, operated by Setup eLearn Hub, 5-3-107/8, Goshamahal, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

2. Services Provided

Setup eLearn Hub provides online educational courses, including but not limited to:

Courses are delivered via video lessons, reading materials, quizzes, and downloadable resources. Course content is subject to change to ensure accuracy and relevance.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You must be at least 16 years old to register
• One person may not maintain more than one free account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately at contact@setupelearnhub.com if you suspect unauthorised access

4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Pricing Plans

We offer the following membership plans:

• Monthly Plan: $49/month — access to all courses for one month
• Annual Plan: $485/year — full access for 12 months (saves ~17%)
• Extended Plan: $99/month — full lifetime access during subscription

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method at the start of each billing period
• Prices are shown in USD. International users may incur currency conversion fees from their bank
• We use third-party payment processors (Stripe, Razorpay, or PayPal) — we do not store raw payment card data

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your courses until the period expires.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. To request a refund:

• Email support@setupelearnhub.com within 7 days of your purchase date
• Include your registered email and order/transaction ID
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method

Refunds will not be issued if:

• More than 7 days have elapsed since purchase
• A refund was previously issued for the same account
• The account shows extensive course completion (more than 80% of course content accessed)

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Setup eLearn Hub — including course videos, written materials, quizzes, graphics, branding, and the website code — is the property of Setup eLearn Hub and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view course content for your personal, non-commercial educational use only.

You may NOT:

• Download, copy, or redistribute course videos or materials
• Share your login credentials with others
• Use course content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Screen-record or record course sessions

7. Prohibited Conduct

When using our platform, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or staff
• Post spam, malware, or fraudulent content in discussion areas
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform
• Use knowledge gained from our ethical hacking courses for illegal activities
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

Upon successful completion of a course, you will receive a digital certificate of completion. Certificates confirm course completion but do not confer professional qualifications or guarantees of employment. We partner with select hiring companies, but cannot guarantee job placement.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The platform will be available at all times without interruption
• Course content is free from errors or will meet your specific learning objectives
• Completion of any course will result in employment or certification by third-party bodies

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Setup eLearn Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
