1. Our Commitment

At Setup eLearn Hub, we are confident in the quality of our courses. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 7 days of the date of purchase, with no questions asked.

This policy applies to all paid subscription plans: Monthly ($49/month), Annual ($485/year), and Extended ($99/month).

2. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@setupelearnhub.com within 7 days of your payment date
  2. Include the following in your email:
    • Your registered email address
    • Order number or transaction ID (found in your purchase receipt)
    • Reason for the refund (optional, but helpful for us to improve)
  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm your refund request
  4. Refund processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method

3. Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund

  • Request made within 7 days of purchase
  • First-time purchase on the account
  • Less than 80% of course content accessed
  • Billing error or duplicate charge
  • Technical issue preventing access (unresolved by support)

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Request made after 7 days of purchase
  • Refund already issued on the same account
  • More than 80% of a course has been accessed
  • Certificate of completion already issued
  • Violation of Terms & Conditions

4. Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your account → Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
  • Or emailing support@setupelearnhub.com with your account email

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • Your course progress and certificates are saved for 90 days after cancellation
  • After 90 days, inactive accounts may be deleted

Annual Plan Cancellation

If you cancel an annual plan within the 7-day refund window, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations after 7 days will take effect at the end of the annual period with no partial refund for unused months.

5. Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us at support@setupelearnhub.com before filing a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We will investigate and resolve genuine billing errors promptly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.

6. Payment Failures

If a recurring payment fails, we will attempt to charge your card again after 3 days, and again after 7 days. If payment remains unsuccessful after three attempts, your subscription will be paused. You can update your payment details in your account settings to reactivate access.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or a website notice. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
